The one-day course prepares HR professionals to collect, understand and analyze data that will support decision-making processes in their organization. It aims to present effective tools and techniques which the human resource team can utilize to improve human resource organizational design, risk management, and analysis. In this way, the company’s organizational development, policy formulation, and strategy implementation capabilities are enhanced.
HR practitioners help drive business performance by delivering competitive advantage through people. Performance relies on measures, so you need to be adept at planning and interpreting your organization's "people metrics." This requires a solid grasp of HR analytics: the systematic collection, analysis, and interpretation of data designed to improve decisions about talent and the organization as a whole.
By the end of the one-day workshop, the participants will be able to:
1. Determine the HR metrics that align with the organization's strategic goals;
2. Learn effective tools and techniques that can be used to gather and analyze pertinent HR metrics;
3. Communicate findings properly to drive organizational decisions and improve HRMD planning; and
4. Grow their capacities in organizational development and policy formulation through greater insight from effective use of analytics.
